Satellites In Orbit

After being launched,  a satellite is placed in an elliptic orbit. Observation satellities of Earth are on geo-stationary orbits. In order the solve these satellite problems, matematicians use tools developed a long time ago by Kepler, as well as recent results that take into account the theory of relativity. In this activity; our students modelled the moon's movement around the Earth.
